To reset your cell phone you must first turn it off and do the following steps:

  1. Press the volume down and power buttons at the same time until the cell phone turns back on.
  2. Use the scroll buttons to scroll and select the “Recovery Mode” option.
  3. If you see the Android icon with a red alert, press the power button and then the volume up button to enter the menu.
  4. Click on the “Erase Data/Factory Reset” option. Then start the process by clicking “Yes”.
  5. When finished, select “Reset system now”.
